On the yard
There is a secured tack room, and a feed room with storage space for rugs and grooming equipment.
Each stable has an automatic water drinker, lighting and a rug rack, so there is no carrying buckets in the dark and no hunting for somewhere to hang a wet rug.
With only eight boxes the yard stays quiet and easy to work around, and there is always somebody about who knows your horse.
