The farm is within hacking distance of Codden Hill, with its spectacular views right across North Devon — the second photograph above was taken up there.
Closer to home there are plenty of quiet lanes and tracks around Landkey, and the A361 is far enough away that you are not riding alongside it.
For a change of scenery, several of the North Devon beaches take horses out of season and are only a short box ride from the yard.
